How will I be shown what has been surveyed?

 

Corners of the property will be staked by permanent monuments such as iron pipes, iron rods, concrete monuments, cross notches, etc. and flagged. You will be provided with a Plat showing all existing improvements, including up to five feet of surrounding adjacent properties. More information about the property may be available depending on the type of service requested such as elevations, contours, underground utilities, etc.
